How to choose polyethylene sheets:
1. Firstly, when choosing, it is important to consider its appearance. A good HDPE sheet, regardless of its color, will have a uniform and smooth color without any turbidity or clumping. On the contrary, if the surface is not smooth and there is friction, it may be made of impure materials.
2. Secondly, when choosing HDPE board, attention should be paid to their water absorption. Good sheets have low water absorption and will not flow or accumulate when poured onto the sheets.
3. When selecting a board grid, it is important to consider its specific gravity. A good UHMWPE board has a specific gravity between 0.93 and 0.95, and due to its low density, it can float on the water surface. But if the board is impure, it is heavier and easier to sink to the bottom of the water.
4. When selecting a sheet, the edges can be viewed. A good plastic sheet has rounded and evenly intersecting edges, while on the other hand, there are cracks on the edges, which can cause slag to fall off when heated and flipped.
