The spacing between the mold lips should be equivalent to or slightly lower than the thickness of Uhmwpe Board. A uniform and stable temperature can ensure stable water flow and equal pressure of the extruded molten material, reducing the vertical thickness error of the lining plate.
During the operation of the forming mold, the temperature should be controlled steadily. If the natural environment temperature is too high or slightly low, it will affect the flow rate of the molten material. At higher temperatures, the molten material is easily dissolved and bubbles may appear in the Polyethylene Plastic Board; When the temperature is slightly lower, the surface of the lining plate is darker and uneven.
