Wide application of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is a new type of thermoplastic engineering plastics, its molecular structure is the same as that of ordinary polyethylene, the molecular weight of ordinary polyethylene is generally in the range of 40,000~120,000, while ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene can reach 1~4 million. As the molecular weight increases dramatically, some properties of the resin will change abruptly, such as good abrasion resistance, strong impact resistance, and the impact strength remains high at low temperatures, and good self-lubrication.
Wide application of UHMWPE board:
1、High wear-resistant plate: silo lining, harbor machinery, construction machinery, chute, hopper and so on;
2, pure ultra-high plate: transportation machinery, food, packaging, environmental protection, paper, ceramics and so on;
3、Anti-static plate: underground mining operations, docks, grain processing and other anti-static parts;
